Grown by the Cuzcachapa Cooperative, home to over 1,300 family farms nestled in the volcanic highlands of El Salvador. At altitudes of 1,350–2,500 meters, our coffee is cultivated under a shady canopy and meticulously wet processed for unparalleled quality. This high-altitude, SHG ("strictly hard bean") Arabica, predominantly Red Bourbon, delivers a superbly rich and complex flavor profile.
